Super heroes under the age of five need a nutritious diet that is high in good fats and low in fibre - fibre just fills them up and doesn’t have enough of the right calories they need in their busy lives. Good calories provide energy for all the super hero tasks in any given day and food jammed with fruit and vegetables will help them grown into super strong healthy beings.
Down at our IT'S ALL GOOD! headquarters, research into small super heroes has revealed they need about half the adult RDA of fruit and vegetables, which are the super foods in the adult world. This works out at about half a banana and half an apple or a small carrot for a small super hero under 5 years old. It’s a well-known fact that artificial colours and flavours, preservatives and high levels of sugar and salt, are best avoided in the life of a super hero.
Heinz knows that super hero’s have many important daily missions so food is often the last thing on their mind. But don’t panic mums and dads - we’re ready to help with IT'S ALL GOOD!!
It's a fun super snack range which contains real fruit and vegetables to keep super heroes happy and healthy in between meals.
